Beautiful and modern apartment located in Puerto de Alcudia with capacity for 2-3 people and just 140 metres away from the beach.
Start your day with energy enjoying a coffee or tea, some fruit and toasts while sitting on the hammocks at the balcony before heading for the beach to spend a great day. You will reach it in a few minutes walk, so just grab your towel, the parasol, a cool drink and appetisers and enjoy the sea and the sun the whole day.

The apartment, located on a second floor of a building with no elevators, offers a modern and elegant style. The living - dining room is air-conditioned and perfect to rest on the sofa while watching the TV-Sat or taking a nap after tasting some delicious Mediterranean dishes cooked on the ceramic hob. The kitchenette is simple but with the basics: small fridge, microwave and ceramic hob. The bedroom, with a closet, offers two single beds. A cot and high-chair can be provided and the sofa becomes a bed for the 3rd guest. There is a bathroom for the whole accommodation and it has a shower. Of course, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Those who love the sea will fully enjoy the beach of Puerto de Alcudia which is well known thanks to its 7 km long extension that links the towns of Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort. This coastal area is full of life during the high season and it offers a wide variety of services like bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more in a short walking distance, although there are taxi and bus service in all the area. Then, for those who like nature, you cannot miss the visit to the Natural Park of s'Albufera and if you still have time, you can pay a visit to the traditional street market in Alcudia that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
