This cozy and bright apartment, located in Puerto de Santa Maria, can accommodate 4+1 people.
In the exterior of the property you will find a fantastic shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 17mx6m and a depth range between 1.20m and 2m, as well as another children's pool for the little ones, which is fenced to offer them maximum security. Sunshades are available in the garden surrounding the pool to keep you in the shade on warmer days, if you wish. You can also use the on-site tennis courts. In the flat, you also have a balcony with a view. Please note that privacy is partial, as there are direct neighbours.

Inside, a spacious living-dining room with AC and TV will offer you maximum comfort and relaxation, and is the best place to spend time with your companions. The kitchen, independent, is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there are three bedrooms. The first has a double bed and AC, the second has a trundle bed for two people and the last, with a desk, can accommodate a fifth person thanks to a portable folding bed available. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the accommodation. The property is equipped with radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.

El Puerto de Santa Maria is located in Cadiz. For wine lovers we recommend visiting the wonderful wineries of the town and tasting its wide gastronomy. You will also find many historical symbols in the city, such as the Castle of San Marcos, which is built on the remains of an ancient Arab mosque. We recommend you to visit the Muelle de las Galeras or the Parque Calderón, which are some of the most pleasant places to stroll around.

The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th, from 11:00 to 22:00.
