This nice apartment counts with a spacious furnished terrace with mountain views where to enjoy a barbecue with friends and family. As this property is in the town, there are next-door neigbours.

The 160m2 apartment is divided in just one floor. The equipped dining room has a table with chairs, a sofa, two coaches for you to relax and/or watch the satellite TV, and air conditioning to make easier the hottest days.

The gas kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities for you to prepare your favourite meals like at home. It also disposes of a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

You will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the others with two single beds each. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The apartment disposes of two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and one is external.

In the surroundings of the house, you can visit gorgeous coves like the quiet Ca Na Clara, where you will swim at crystallized water, take a walk or do a trip by boat. If you preffer a white and thin sand beach, you can drive 14 minutes to arrive to Son Serra de Marina, a quite wide beach with also fantastic views and clean blue water. This beach disposes of a restaurant that serves delicious fresh fish. For cultural trips, Betlem village is only 7 minutes by car, where there is an hermitage. There is a grocery shop, a bar and good restaurants at Colonia de Sant Pere.
