Welcome to this beautiful apartment for 4 - 5 people, with shared pool and only 150 metres away from the beach.
The facilities of this great and family complex of apartments include a great shared pool surrounded by a great lawn area. The pool sizes 8.5 x 7 metres while its depth goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. You will also find an exterior shower as well as a children pool for the family little ones. This sizes 3.44 x 2.29 metres and it has a 0.5 metres of water depth.
The apartment is in a second floor of a building with elevator. It boasts a helpful design and it has a modern decoration. When you enter you find a spacious living - dining - kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the ceramic top while watching TV, setting the table or chatting all together. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are right here. The apartment offers two bedrooms to rest, both with a wardrobe. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The extra guest can sleep in the sofa bed of the living room. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Three fans and three radiators complete the equipment.
Oliva is a privileged spot in the Mediterranean thanks to its stunning beach well known for its incomparable nature, beauty and quality which, together with the really good weather during the whole year make the place perfect to enjoy your deserved vacation. Regrading the town, Oliva is perfect to enjoy a nice walk maybe while shopping, surrounded by a quite atmosphere throughout the ancient streets of the town centre. Finally, if you feel like playing golf, the nearest course is only 5.5 km away.

2 guests reviewed this property. el alojamiento está bien, excelente ubicación, zona muy tranquila y buen acceso a la playa. La llegada es autónoma lo que es muy cómodo si no fuera porque la recogida y dejada de llaves es a 25 minutos en coche, en Gandía y que en la casa no hay ninguna pequeña instrucción o anotación básica explicativa para cosas como el funcionamiento de la ducha, uqe parece que no fuimos los primeros en no acertar a la primera o típica información de la zona o incluso clave wifi.... La limpieza de la cocina era muy básica, escasa en mi opinión. De accesorios de cocina bien pero se echaba en falta una bayeta, un estropajo y algún jabón de cacharros, que evidentemente no estaba incluido en la reserva pero que creo que no cuesta mucho ponerlo. de toallas y sábanas bien. Por otro lado, la casa cuenta solo con 4 sillas a pesar de que se puede reservar para 5 personas con el sofá cama.
