La casa es fantástica, tanto ubicación como las terrazas que son espectaculares. Tuve un percance para encontrar la ubicación y me atendieron al instante. La casa estaba limpia salvo el suelo y la mesa de la terraza pero por lo demás un piso maravilloso, volvería!

This fantastic apartment located on the seafront of Gandía beach welcomes 4-5 people.
Let yourself be surprised by the wonderful exteriors of this flat with stunning views to the sea and the beach of Gandía. In them you will find a communal chlorine swimming pool of 20mx11m and a depth range between 0.9m and 2.00m, extensive gardens throughout the urbanisation, a tennis court and even a children's playground for the little ones to play. In addition, the flat has access to two terraces, where you can relax while enjoying a delicious breakfast while contemplating the sea and the sunrise. Remember that as it is an appartment there are direct neighbours.
The property has two floors. On the first floor you will find a cosy living-dining room with direct access to one of the terraces and equipped with AC, TV and a sofa bed for one guest. The living room shares space with the kitchen, which is induction and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a fan and AC. A bathroom serves this floor. Via the stairs, you will access the upper floor where you will find the second bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, which offers a double bed, has AC and direct access to the second terrace. The appartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
Gandía is famous for its endless fine sandy beaches, its gastronomy and culture. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the coast and soak up the warm Mediterranean climate while enjoying the sea breeze, music, shops, restaurants and much more. We recommend a visit to the Ducal Palace, which is located in the old town of Gandía.
