The interior of the cosy apartment, which is located on the first floor of a building without lift, has the basic equipment to enjoy your holiday. When you enter, you find the living – dining - kitchen equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV and ceramic hob in the kitchen area, where you will also find the washing machine. The bedroom with double bed offers air conditioning and a large wardrobe. The bathroom with bathtub completes the accommodation.

The property is located in Las Negras, a pretty fishing village in the municipality of Nijar. This village will delight those in search of a seafaring, alternative and bohemian atmosphere, and it also offers the basic services for an independent stay. The beach of crystalline waters and full of fish is only 100 metres away. Las Negras is also the best starting point to visit the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. Discover its fauna and flora, the volcanic rocks, and a wonderful seabed that has made it one of the most recognised and visited places by diving enthusiasts.
