Enjoy a summer vacation in this apartment for 4 people with shared pool in Playa de Gandia

You can enjoy a nice dip into the chlorine shared pool which sizes 7,m5 x 6 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.2 to 2 metres. If you want to refresh with the little ones, the fantastic children pool of 0.7 metres depth is ideal for them. The residential is quiet and familiar. You can also enjoy the great Mediterranean weather at the apartment furnished terrace, where having lunch and dinner outdoors and with partial views of the swimming pool.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. The inside is cool and cozy, and you can watch the TV at the living-dining room which includes a table for 4 people. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the basic utensils to cook during your stay. The accommodation counts with two bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as a closet and a fan in each of them. There are also two bathrooms with a shower for the whole apartment, which also counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This apartment is located in a good area of Playa de Gandia, close to all services, the leisure area and the street market. The beach is very near, with white sand and well cared, and there you can practice different sport activities which make it very special. At the promenade, which goes from the nautic club to the end of the beach with lots of bars and cafes. You can have a walk till the port lighthouse.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
