This charming ground floor holiday home, located in Xàbia and close to the beach, can accommodate up to 6 people.
The exterior of the property, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, features a shared chlorine swimming pool measuring 10 x 5m and with a depth range of between 0.9 and 2.1m. Around it, you will find an extensive garden, sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, two barbecues, a large porch with a table and several areas where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The flat is located on the ground floor of the building and has only one neighbour on the upper floor.
The interior of the accommodation is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room has a Smart TV and is open to the kitchen, which has a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it's time to sleep, there are three bedrooms with AC. Two of them have double beds and one has two single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
The property is located in Xàbia, an old fishing village on the shores of the Mediterranean. Close to your accommodation you will find the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as numerous gastronomic and leisure offers. Cala Blanca, made of gravel and rock, is close to the flat. Thanks to its crystal clear waters, it is the ideal place for snorkelling. We also encourage you to go to the centre of Xàbia and lose yourself in the streets of its picturesque old town while enjoying a relaxing stroll.
