Under a lovely furnished porch, with views to the swimming pool, you can relax and have a tasty dinner, or play tennis table.

The property, with a nice naval decoration, disposes of an illuminated living-room, ideal to disconnect and watch the satellite TV. The vitro hob equipped kitchen, disposes of all the necessary amenities to prepare your favourite dishes. Obviously, there are a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Three bedrooms with a wardrobe each, one with a double bed, a bathroom and suite and access to a terrace, another one with a single bed and a third with two single beds, invite you to dream after a long day. Also, you dispose of another shared bathroom with a bath. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair under request. The house disposes of A/C and central heating in all the rooms.

Son Verí is a quiet residential area located beside the sea and wonderful stone or sandy coves like Cala Blava. If you keep bordering the coast to the south, you will arrive to idylic beaches like Es Trenc, Cala Pi or Colonia de Sant Jordi, from where you can also go for a trip to the protected Cabrera island. This areas are ideal to enjoy a cocktail at one of the bars at the seaside, or try the traditional majorcan food at a typical restaurant.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
