Apartment Fruites

Ideal for 6 people, this nice apartment with access to a shared pool is just a few meters from the sand beach of Gandia.
If you don't fancy going to the beach, you can refresh yourself thanks to the exterior shower or swimming in the shared 11m x 7m pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.2m. A shared tennis court is available, but please bring your own tennis equipment. The housing development is a family-friendly place with a few neighbors, just a few minutes walking distances to the sand beach. The flat is on the seventh floor with no lift and has a furnished, private terrace.

The terrace is looking towards East-West so there's a nice breeze during the afternoon. The apartment consists in a sitting-dining room with TV (local channels), a kitchen with gas stove and some cooking utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Besides, there are two baths with shower or bathtub and three bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a double bed; all equipped with a closet. If you come with your baby, we prepare a cot and a high chair. Three fans for the summer and one electric radiator complete the equipment.

Its located only a minute walk from the thin sand beach, Playa de Gandía, where you can rent hammocks and parasols, play beach volley, practice waterports or have a nice walk at the seaside and port, wich is full of bars, restaurants and ice creams shops. So, the beach offers a wide range of activities for all tastes, depending of what you fancy to do, since resting in the sun to be more active and practice sports.

You can also visit Gandía"s old town, wich not only has excelent restaurants, but a nice historycal story to tell. You can discover more about the past of this city, and visit important and beautiful monuments, like Ducal palace, the nice City Council or Santa Clara"s convent.

The pool is open from 1st of May to 15th of October, from 10h to 15h and from 17h to midnight.
The tennis court is open from 10h to 15h and from 17h to 21h.
