Enjoy this comfortable apartment near the beach in Playa de Miramar. It has capacity for 3+1 guests.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast at the great little furnished terrace, where you can also have lunch or dinner outdoors. The rest of the apartment is the prefect place to enjoy a great beach holiday. It is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator and it has 50 m2. The living - dining room is ample and luminous. It features a sofa and two armchairs to watch TV or take a siesta after lunch. The dining table has capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent and has the basic equipment, including a gas stove and oven, and a microwave. There are two bedrooms to rest in this accommodation. The first one has two twin beds and the second has a single bed. The sofa turns into sofa bed for the 4th guest. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bath room with bath tub completes the apartment.

This comfortable apartment is located only 100 metres away from the beach of Miramar. It is a beautiful beach with fine sand and crystalline awarded with the Q of Quality. It is provided with all service sand has an easy access. In the area you will find all services for and independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants,... You can visit tower of Piles, or the nearby Gandia.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
