Welcome to this nice apartment located in front of the sea, in Gandia Beach. It accommodates 6 people + 1 extra.
It features a large, fully equipped terrace, with beautiful sea views.

The apartment of 120 m2 is located on the 7th floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms with two single beds each. There's a sofa in the living room which can be prepared as a bed for the 7. guest. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are two bathrooms, both with shower.

The living room is very well equipped. It offers three comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a TV, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen with vitro stove, has everything you may need, during your stay, to prepare a delicious meals. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

This apartment is located in Playa de Gandia, surrounded by shops and restaurants that make any time of the year perfect to visit it. Playa de Gandia, with its 7 kilometers of coast, with fine white sand and crystal clear water to cool the hot summer days, is a perfect vacational place. You can enjoy a long walks on Platja del Nord with all the catering services, entertainment and leisure activities (sand sports or aerobics). If you prefer a quiet sunbathing, then visit Platja Rafalcaid, Platja de L'Ahuir or Platja Can where you can bring also your pet. And if you like the naturalness search for Platja nudist.

If you like nature you do not miss the visit of the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water come from the nearby mountains and emerge from the ground just next to the "Alquería del Duc".

And if you still have time to enjoy Valencia you visit the great Museum of Arts and Sciences, "Oceanographic"; one of the most important and modern area of Valencia, or the best theme park "Terra Mitica" in Benidorm.
