Welcome to this beautiful apartment in Playa de Gandía.With seaviews and communal swimming pool, it offers accommodation to 4 guests.
The private terrace of the apartment is the fitting place to enjoy of having a delicious breakfast while you stare at the edge of Gandía beach, which can be reached on foot within a few minutes. After a long morning in salty waters, you can rinse your skin with a shower at the outside shower area and finish your day playing a tennis match ora relaxing bath in either of two communal chlorine swimming pools. One of them sizes 22 x 15 m and the other one 22 x 8 m, both of them have a depth of 1 to 1.9 m. And for the family children, there is a paddling pool of 4 x 2 m and a depth of 0.5 m.

Indoors of this third floor flat, with elevator, is wide and comfortable. The living-dining room is perfect to have a rest and watch the TV after having lunch or dinner all together. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to cook as if you were at home, including ceramic stove. The laundry is an independent room and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two dormitories with wardrobe, one with two individual beds and the other one with a double bed, ceiling fan and some space for a cot and a high chair. Finally, the bathroom has a bathtub.

Playa de Gandia is a perfect zone to enjoy at any time of the year due to its great location and its good weather. The beach is at only 200 meters, although it really has up to 7 km-long of fine white sand; that's why swimming and walking along the seashore a such a pleasure. If you want to get away from hustle and bustle, you also have Platja de Rafalcaid, which is certainly what you are looking for. And Sundays afternoons you can visit the street market with a wide range of products.
