Enjoy the beach in this fantastic apartment for 6 people with shared pool in Oliva Nova
Outside you will be able to refresh in the beautiful shared chlorine pool which sizes 8.5 x 3.6 metres and has a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. Or you can wash off the sand at the outside shower after a long day at the beach. Once in the apartment, enjoy the summer weather at the fantastic furnished terrace, ideal for meals outdoor, which also feature an awning to protect from the sun.

The 126 m2 apartment is on the second floor of a building without elevator and it has two floors. From the terrace on the ground floor we get in the beautiful and spacious living - dining room where you can rest on the comfortable sofa while watching TV. the dining area has room for 6 people. On this floor you will also find the 1st bedroom with a single bed and a shower bathroom. Upstairs, you will find another living room with air conditioning which also includes a dining area and the kitchen. This is basically equipped to cook during your vacation and it includes a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. On this floor you will find three more bedrooms: One single bedroom, another with a double bed and the last one is a twin bed room which presents air conditioning. All bedrooms feature a wardrobe each. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available under request. This floor is completed with a shower bathroom and a toilet. In addition, the apartment includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The apartment is located in a residential area at the Oliva Nova Golf Tourist complex. The beach is very quiet and familiar, with sandy dunes and a very good atmosphere. The urbanisation offers all services within a fabulous natural environment between fine sandy beaches and a fantastic golf course. Apart from the beach, you can also visit the Marjal Natural Park, where you can enjoy extraordinary beautiful aquatic landscapes or have a bath at Font Salada, which is a waters source in a quiet place you can enjoy not only in the summer, but also in the winter since the water temperature is always the same.
