This is a bright attic with 4 terraces near the sea. It has 110 m2 and capacity for 6 people.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a trundle bed. There is one bathroom.

The living-dining room has a comfy sofa-bed where can sleep two extra people, satellite TV and a warm/cold AC device that will warm up or refresh the whole apartment. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed for two people. There is a full bathroom with bathtub.

The kitchen shares a room with the living-dining room, where you will find all the appliances and utensils you need to feel at home. It has a separate space for the washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

In the living-dining room there is a table and chairs for the capacity of the accommodation, a comfortable double sofa-bed and a television with satellite channel that includes many different languages. In the living room there is a hot/cold air-conditioning unit which air-conditions the whole flat.

There are 4 huge terraces, all of them with plants that can be watered from time to time and also with tables, chairs and sunbeds. We have 360 degree views of the pool, the mountains and the beach. From the living room we have access to 2 terraces, we have another one with access from the kitchen and another one in the double bedroom.

The swimming pool is impressive, with a beautiful bridge to cross it, an extension of 220m2 and three different depths (1'90m, 1'20m and the children's pool with 0'40m). We will enjoy immense gardens with lawns and fruit trees to stroll in the sunny days of the Mediterranean climate, as well as a paddle and fronton court. There is also a children's playground for the youngest members of the family. We have a covered parking space included in the price of the accommodation.

The area of Les Marines is a beautiful residential area of Denia, with one of the best beaches in the area. Close to the property you can find everything you need in relation to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, without the need to take the car. Very close to the town and port of Denia, as well as the residential area of Oliva Nova, where we have a great golf course as well as an equestrian centre where the most important events of the country take place. We also have the golf course "La Sella" only 8km away. The views of the Montgó are breathtaking, and we also recommend a route through this mountain as it is only 8km from the accommodation.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
