Located within a complex of impressive buildings, the apartment offers a great shared chlorine pool of 16 x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 1.8 metres, where you will have the feeling of being swimming "over" the sea. The refreshing swim will be absolutely delicious while admiring the sea of Benidorm and feeling the sea breeze and the sun beams on your skin. The apartment features a private terrace for those who love to enjoy breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors. After a delicious dinner all together, you can record one of the best sunsets in your memory, relaxing on the sofas outdoors. In addition, the awning is the best choice to stretch the evening on when it gets colder.

Located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, the apartment presents a cosy and functional living room with a TV set, open to the dining area and the kitchen (with ceramic hob and a high chair). The room has AC and leads to a bathroom with a shower and down to the -1 floor through some steps. Downstairs, you find another bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms with a closet and AC for your best rest. One has a double bed and space for a cot (in case you are travelling with your baby), and the second comes with two twin beds. Both have access to a second covered glazed terrace featuring a spectacular view.

The beautiful coastal city of Benidorm, in Alicante, is the perfect destiny for those who are searching charm, hustle and bustle, and a large beach of blue and crystalline water. Its atmosphere, wide leisure offer, proximity to all you may need like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, golf course, etc, are incomparable. Even for the most adventurous or for families with children, you have up to 4 theme parks open the whole year: Terra Mítica, Mundo Mar, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura.
