This beautiful apartment, located in a very quiet area of Marbella, has a shared pool and capacity for 2+1 people.
The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the extensive and well-kept communal gardens you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 14 m x 10 m and a depth varying between 1 m and 2 m. There are also sun loungers around the pool where you can relax and sunbathe, as well as a tennis court where you can play some sport if you wish. Once in the flat, a beautiful terrace with sea views will be perfect for breakfast, lunch or a drink with your companions. As it is located in a flat block, the flat has direct neighbours.

The interior of the accommodation is designed for you to rest as you deserve. The living room, equipped with Smart TV, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and everything you need to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, you have a double bedroom with access to the terrace. If you stay with an extra person, you can use the sofa bed for your rest. A bathroom with bathtub and fan complete the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and close to Marbella, perfect coastal city for a vacation of sun and beach without renouncing to the comforts. If you feel like taking a swim, the Cable beach is just over 2 kilometers away. If, in addition, you want to discover the culture of Marbella, we recommend a stroll through the streets of the historic center of this city, stop at the Plaza de los Naranjos, walk along the promenade and, of course, go for tapas. In addition, Marbella is perfect for diving and exploring the seabed, cycling or hiking a mountain trail on foot.

The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day all year round.
