The property has a large balcony that offers unobstructed views of the surroundings and will also be the perfect place to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, being in a block of apartments, there are direct neighbors.

Located on the second floor of a building without elevator, the interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living room, equipped with AC and TV, will become the ideal place to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has ceramic hob and all the basic utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there are three bedrooms. The first has a double bed; the second and third are connected and have a bunk bed and two single beds. One of them has no window. A bathroom with shower serves the apartment. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

This apartment is located in Conil de la Frontera, a coastal town known for its beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, making it a popular destination for sun and sea lovers. A 2 minute walk will take you to Los Bateles beach, the most famous beach in the area, which offers ample space for sunbathing, water sports or just relaxing in the sun. We also encourage you to visit the historic center of the city, perhaps while strolling through its narrow cobblestone streets and discovering picturesque squares where you can enjoy the traditional Andalusian architecture. In this area you will find numerous tapas bars, restaurants and stores where you can sample the delicious local cuisine and buy handmade products. Finally, those interested in history and culture, as well as nature lovers will find their place in Conil, as the area has several points of interest and hiking trails.
