Welcome to this comfortable apartment near the beach, with communitary pool, in Playa de Gandía, for 4 persons.
This accommodation is situated at 500m from the beach and has access to a communitary pool of 20m x 9m (with a depth ranging from 1,2m to 1,7m), as well as a tennis court.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with an elevator. It is a comfortable and luminous 69m2 apartment, with a furnished terrace with views on the park, for a relaxed breakfast or long after-dinner conversations. The living- and dining room counts with a sofa, television and a dining table for 4. A bar with stools separates this area from the open kitchen, which counts with a vitro hob and other utensils to cook. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The accommodation counts with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms count with a wardrobe and a fan. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and another with a toilet.

The apartment is situated at a few minutes walking distance from the beach of Playa de Gandía, a fine sandy beach, to enjoy the Mediterranean sun & sea. It is a clean beach, with several services. In the area, you will find all necessary services for your stay, like shops and restaurants. There is a great seaside boulevard for long walks, enjoying the sea breeze, the music and the shops.

NOTE: We do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this apartment (this does not apply to families with children). We will ask for copies of all passports, in order to confirm a booking.

Opening hours pool: June-September, from 10.00-15.00 / 17.00-21.00.
Tennis court: on request (ask the doorkeeper). There are no rackets and tennis balls available.
