When you come in, there is a functional room with A/C, where you can cook on the ceramic cooktop and, at the same time, sit down to chat calmly. Right here, there is the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Immediately after, you gain access to a beautiful bedroom equipped with double bed, wardrobe, fan, TV and it has also access to the terrace. Obviously, there is availability for a cot and a high chair, as well as two radiators. Ultimately, the bathroom of the accommodation has a shower.

The property is located at only 290 meters from La Playa Els Molins, a precious beach characterised by its gold sand with lots of services. It is the ideal destination if you want to have all kind of options at your disposal such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Moreover, at about 7-8 km there is the center of Dénia, where you are going to enjoy fantastic visits as, for instance, to its castle or museum.
