Welcome to this beautiful apartment for 4 people in front of Portocolom's port.
A astonishing views over the port of Portocolom will accompany you during the pleasant moments you spend in the fantastic terrace of this apartment. Every morning or evening will be memorable, accompanied by a good coffee or an exquisite glass of wine, or simply a good reading listening to the soft lullaby of the waters and feeling the cool breeze.
This second-floor apartment, without elevator, is pure comfort and warmth thanks to its beautiful and modern rooms with parquet floors. In the same space, this flat features the living-dining room where to watch TV-Sat or chat beholding the views and an equipped kitchen with ceramic stove. There are three dormitories, two of them with two single beds and another one with a double bed, TV (Spanish channels), en-suite bathroom with both separate bathtub and shower and exit to the terrace. Likewise, two of the bedrooms have a dressing room and the third one features just a wardrobe. There are also a cot and a high-chair. Furthermore, there is another bathroom with shower and the laundry features washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ultimately, the accommodation provides our guests with ducted air conditioning.
The location is simply perfect. The house is located just in front of the port and you can go for a walk while contemplating the ships. At only 1.5km you have the sand beach of Cala Marçal to spend a great day. If you like golf, the nearest course is Vall D'Or only 6km away. In the centre of the town, there are all the necessary facilities such as restaurants, shops or supermarket.

Well organized Everything worked wonderfully
Appartement impeccable, très bien équipé avec une vie magnifique sur la baie/marina. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique par la propriétaire Rosa avec un panier de produits locaux et une bouteille de vin. Elle possède aussi un petit marché au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble qui contient de délicieux produits. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour!
Impeccable apartment, very well equipped with magnificent living on the bay/marina. Warm and friendly welcome by the owner Rosa with a basket of local products and a bottle of wine. It also has a small market on the ground floor of the building which contains delicious products. Ideal location for visiting the region. We had a wonderful stay!
See more Eine Traumwohnung, ausgestattet mit allen nur denkbaren Annehmlichkeiten. Über Erste Hilfebox, Kerzen, Waschpulver, verschiedene Sorten Folien für den Haushalt, Terrassenbeleuchtung, Bidet und nicht zu vergessen ein Tiefkühlschrank war alles reichlich vorhanden. Begrüßt wurden wir u.a. mit einer Platte Schinken , frischem Baguette, eine Flasche Rotwein und vielen Naschereien. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar, was überhaupt nicht erforderlich war. Und nicht zu vergessen der sagenhaft schöne Blick über den Hafen. Resümee: wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
A dream apartment, equipped with every conceivable convenience. Everything was plentiful, including a first aid box, candles, washing powder, various types of foil for the household, patio lighting, a bidet and not forgetting a freezer. We were greeted with, among other things, a plate of ham, fresh baguette, a bottle of red wine and lots of sweets. The landlady was always available, which was not necessary at all. And don't forget the incredibly beautiful view over the harbor. Summary: we felt really comfortable.

perfect house extremely equipped, with splendid sea view. even in the kitchen nothing was missing, I add everything neat and tidy. much appreciated some wine and food left for the reception. Mrs Rosa who welcomed us was very kind. I liked less the lack of flexibility of those who wrote to me via email, with a complicated format for checking in before access... and also for the access time... 5pm!

The stay was great and the hostess was super nice. We felt super comfortable and the apartment was cozy and at the same time very well equipped.

Das Apartment ist extrem gut ausgestatt und die zentrale Lage phantastisch. Gute Restaurants sind in wenigen Metern erreichbar, zu zwei schönen Stränden braucht man ca. 20 min (zu Fuß) und der Feinkostladen im Erdgeschoss ist auch sehr hilfreich. Die Bilder geben die Ausstattung und den Ausblick vom Balkon realistisch wider.Nur Personen die absolute Stille und Ruhe suchen können wir, bedingt durch die zentrale Lage, das Apartment nur eingeschränkt empfehlen.
The apartment is extremely well equipped and the central location is fantastic. Good restaurants are within a few meters, it takes about 20 minutes (on foot) to two beautiful beaches and the delicatessen on the ground floor is also very helpful. The pictures realistically reflect the furnishings and the view from the balcony. Due to the central location, we can only recommend the apartment to a limited extent to people who are looking for absolute silence and peace.
