Simply by stepping into the property and seeing its architecture, typical of the region and with a peaceful patio, you will be immersed in the authentic Andalusian essence. Please note that, due to its location in an apartment building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Located on the first floor, the apartment, divided into two floors and decorated in an eclectic and very unique style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The main floor has a living-dining room with TV which will be perfect to extend your evenings. The separate kitchen has two electric stoves and the basic elements for cooking. On this floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub. A staircase leads to the double bedroom, which, as it is a corner room, offers views of the rest of the apartment. Finally, we will put a fan and a radiator at your disposal.

The apartment is located in Jerez de la Frontera, a city in Cadiz known for its history of wine and its flamenco culture where you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay, as well as a large number of entertainment venues. You can not miss the opportunity to enjoy a wine tasting in one of its many wineries, go to the tabancos to taste the delicious tapas of the region or attend a flamenco show in the famous tablaos. If you feel like combining the exploration of the city with beach tourism, near the historic center you will find the Puntilla beach, one of the most popular in the city. Thanks to its calm waters and fine sand, this is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and the sea.
