Welcome to this beautiful apartment in the seafront in Puerto de Alcudia, where 4 people will enjoy a great beach vacation.
The cosy private terrace is a dream corner for our guests, the perfect place for an early morning breakfast when they can marvel at the calm sea and feel the fresh sea breeze. Being right by the sea is the best of privileges for swimming or sunbathing at any time, but you can also do so in the complex's communal swimming pool. A large salt pool of no less than 15 m x 6 m, with a depth of 1.5 to 2 m, a paddling pool of 4 m in diameter and 0.45 m deep, and an outdoor shower.

Situated on a first floor with a small lift, the flat has about 80 m2 distributed in a fantastic living-dining room, where you can watch satellite TV and the seascape or eat all together; in a Mediterranean and simple kitchen with gas hob and where there is the washing machine, iron and ironing board; in two bedrooms with wardrobe, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and direct exit to the terrace; and in a toilet and a bathroom with shower. There is a cot and a high chair available as well as 3 fans, although by the sea it is always very cool.

The location of the flat is perfect as everything you need is within walking distance, such as all kinds of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, shops, supermarkets, taxi rank and bus stop, which runs every 15 minutes in high season to take you to the charming village of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or to the capital Palma de Mallorca. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the village is transformed into a bustling and lively place where you can buy artisan products. As for the beach, you can enjoy the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia just a few steps away, or go to Playa de Muro, Ca'n Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. And for golf lovers, the nearest golf course is in Alcanada, about 5 km away.

The swimming pool is open from May to September from 9:00 to 20:00 hrs.
