This beautiful apartment, located in the area of La Barrosa and with access to shared pool has space for 4+1 guests.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the communal areas you will find a large garden where there is a shared chlorine swimming pool of 32mx18m and a depth range of 1.10m and 2m. For the little ones there is also a children's pool with a depth of 0.35cm and for the more sporty there is the option to play tennis, table football or mini golf.

Already in the house, you will be able to enjoy the perfect terrace to eat or have a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanization, the house has direct neighbors. The living room has AC and Smart TV. The kitchen has ceramic hob and the necessary equipment to cook comfortably. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there is one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed for two people. For your extra companion there is a single bed next to the bunk bed. Both rooms have a fan. A bathroom with bathtub is in the hallway. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

The property is located in La Barrosa, an area very close to Chiclana de la Frontera, one of the most charming towns in the province. In this area you will find all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. Only 5 km away is located the famous beach of La Barrosa, a sandy area of 8 km long that becomes a unique space where you can enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air and take advantage of the great tourist offer created under its influence. If you feel like it, you can go to Chiclana and make a route through its seven "magic points", viewpoints from where you can admire wonderful views of the city. The more adventurous will also find nearby routes to do on foot or by bicycle and where you can enjoy the nature of the area.
