Apartment Margara 1

This spectacular sea-view apartment is located in the centre of Portocolom, in the east of Mallorca and welcomes 8 to 10 people.
This vintage-style apartment is on the first floor with no elevator. There's a small but nice balcony, where you could read a good book overlooking the harbour. Above there's a non-furnished terrace roof with amazing views over Portocolom.

The accommodation features a sitting-dining room where you can enjoy long table-talks with your loved ones, a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob and a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms are fitted with two twin beds each and we can supply one cot and one high chair if needed. The fourth bedroom come with a double bed. Two extra beds on request can be prepared in a room, which is normally closed. There's one shower bath and one bathroom with bath tub. Five fans complete the equipment.

The house was built two year before the civil war. You can still see the date of construction in the façade.

Set in the east of Mallorca, Portocolom has colourful harbour where to observe the traditional fishing boats. Nearby you'll find shops, supermarkets, bars and good restaurants. Lots of dreamlike beaches are set in the east coast and you could visit Cala Marsal, Cala Murada, Cales de Mallorca and Cala D'Or. Northwards there's a small bay, Cala Varques, which is only accessible by foot. The Santuario de San Salvador is nice for a half-day trip by bicycle. On the top of this rolling hill there's a chapel with stunning views over the surrounding villages.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
