The exteriors of this fantastic property are a true marvel, as they have a private terrace, which you will be able to access from your apartment, where there is a chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 3m x 1.4m and a depth of 1.2m, ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. You will be able to get together in the dining area of this terrace and extend the evenings. Theproperty is in a privileged area, close to the main points of interest in Seville, so comfort is guaranteed. Please note that as there are neighbours, privacy is partial.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has gas central heating. Inside you will find a bright and cosy living room open to the dining room, with a modern style. You will be able to relax watching TV, while enjoying the AC and the comfort of the fantastic sofa. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is completely independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can choose between the two bedrooms available. Both have a double bed, AC, radiators and wardrobes and one of them has a nice desk. A bathroom with shower completes the room. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
