This apartment is located in a wonderful residential with shared chlorine pool -sizing 8 x 3.5 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.7 to 2 metres-. So, you can have a shower outdoors when you come back from the beach and enjoy a relaxing dip. The terrace in the apartment is perfect for your meals alfresco when you come back.

This third-floor apartment with lift offers a comfortable living dining room with AC, perfect to watch TV or a DVD film. The kitchen features a ceramic hob and all you need for your clothes care: washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 bedrooms with a closet, a fan and a radiator in each. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The bathroom in the house has a bath.

The location is amazing since the beach is very near -800 metres- and a couple of minutes walk away from the services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The golf course of Oliva Nova is 18.5 km away.

Note: This apartment does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years). We need copies of the ID of each person in order to be able to accept the booking.
