Set near the sand beach of Playa de Deveses, this apartment has access to a shared pool. It can comfortably accommodate 5 guests.
The family-friendly apartment is in a building with only a few neighbors. The shared, 8mx 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.7m to 2m is open during the whole year, but it is not heated. Before and after swimming, you can use the exterior shower. A small garden with a few sun loungers is nice for basking in the sun. Additionally, you will have access to a shared barbecue. The apartment is on the first floor without lift and there are two private terraces.

Inside, there's a air conditioned sitting-dining room with satellite-TV (Spanish, German and French channels). A bar separates the living area from the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, some cooking utensils and an Italian coffee maker. You can choose between three bedrooms. The first bedroom come with a double bed and shower bath en-suite, the second has two twin beds and the third is fitted with one single bed. All bedrooms have a fan, electric radiator and a closet. Besides, there is an independent shower bath. If you come with your baby, we prepare a cot and a high chair.

Playa de Deveses is a large, family-friendly natural beach characterized by dunes and shallow waters. It is nice for water sports like skysurf. The apartment is close to the equitation centre, where you can learn horse riding or see a national championship.

If you fancy playing golf, Oliva Nova Golf Course is just 4 km from the property. Furthermore, you could hike in the Montgó Natural Park or visit the village of Oliva with its picturesque old town or the market on Thursday. Supermarkets and everything else you may need can be found nearby.
