When you go out to the 8m2 furnished terrace, you can appreciate the privileged beach views. There, you will be able to enjoy the different meals with your family, as well as the excellent Mediterranean climate. When you go upstairs, you will find a huge open 40m2 terrace where you can see the whole city and the stunning beach of Daimús. The community pool is fantastic in order for you to cool off during hot summer days. It measures 13x6m and has a depth of 1.90m. At the same time, it has a children's swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The pools are surrounded by a lawn area, where you can stroll, and fruit trees. The property’s privacy is partial.

The area where the furnished dining room and living room are, which is also opened to the kitchen, is the perfect place to relax watching TV or reading a book after a long day at the beach. The property has air conditioning / heating ducts, and you can set the temperature for each of the rooms of the house from the same device. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to feel at home including electric stove. It also has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. This home has 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. The 2 Extra beds (no extra cost) that can be found at the property are located on the sofa bed in the living room; you also have access to one crib if needed. The house has 1 full bathroom.

The location of this property is great as it is just 180 meters from the beach and it is also close to all amenities you might need during your stay. Daimús features a clean and quiet sandy beach. You can also enjoy various water activities such as canoeing and jet skis. Every night during summer time, there are fairground stalls where you will find crafts of the area. You and your kids can also enjoy mats, karts and many activities for children. If you want to take the car, you can get close to Gandia, which is only 10 minutes away. There, you can visit this city which is full of history and shopping areas. 15 minutes away is the Oliva Nova Golf, where you can practice your swing in the wonderful golf course, and the equestrian center, where some of the most important events in the country meet. You can also visit the natural park of Montgo, just 20 minutes away, where you can practice various activities such as hiking, climbing, hiking, etc.

This holiday cannot accept customers under 25 years, except in cases where traveling with their parents. We need copies of the ID of each person to accept the booking.
