Quiet and peaceful apartment just behind beachfront in Playa de Gandia, perfect for 6 guests in search of family relax.
With town and sea views, the terrace of this apartment is perfect to enjoy a good breakfast together with the morning fresh breeze and the first sun beams. If you feel like swimming, just take your mist funny towels, some appetisers and walk 250 metres to get to the beach.
This apartment presents a spacious, luminous and airy living-dining room, ideal to watch a film while resting or have lunch all together. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has a long shape with countertops on each side to it is very helpful to prepare your recipes. The bathroom is large and counts with a shower. There are three bedrooms with a closet each one to rest in the apartament. One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. There is one fan available, as well as a washer, an iron and an ironing board.
This apartment in Playa de Gandía has all services nearby. The village counts with a marvellous fine sandy beach and also a great variety of ways to enjoy culture and nature. For instance, you can make an excursion to Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that nourish the marsh in Gandia. The Nort beach is 3 km long and it offers sun loungers and sunshades rental and a great promenade full of bars and restaurants. The beach of l'Ahuir is much quieter and an important refuge for local plants and animals. The dunes of Gandia can be found there.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

La localización y la terraza. Amplio.Bastante viejo pero en buen estado. Los armarios llenos de mantas y colchas.
The location and the terrace. Broad. Quite old but in good condition. The closets full of blankets and quilts.
El piso está muy bien y cerca de la playa pero como tal tampoco tenía muchas vistas a la playa, tanto la terraza como el salón parecían mas grandes por fotos. Por lo demás bien.
The apartment is very good and close to the beach but as such it did not have many views of the beach, both the terrace and the living room seemed larger from the photos. Otherwise good.
