If you are looking for a great weather, the sun and the sea this is your place because the area of Grao de Gandía is characterised by its warm temperature during the whole year. This fact invites you to fully enjoy the beach, located just 750 metres away or the shared chlorine pool in the building. It is located on the flat roof featuring beautiful views over the town and the mountains. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 1.60 metres. It includes a children area sizing 3 x 3 metres with a maximum depth of 0.7 metres.

This beautiful apartment is on the first floor of the building and it has an elevator. It has a great living-dining room, perfect to feel at home while sitting on the sofa, watching TV or enjoying meals all together. The kitchen is large and independent and it has a gas top, plenty of storage and large countertops so that you can cook your best dishes. Here you find the washing machine, and an iron and ironing board also are available. Two bedrooms with a double bed each as well as a closet and a fan will ensure your deserved rest. One of them offers an en-suite bathroom with a tub and you will find another shower bathroom for the rest of the apartment. The extra guests can rest on the sofa bed at the living room. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.

The family and fishing urbanisation of Grao de Gandia owns a privileged and enviable location and weather, and these becomes the reason for our guests to spend their vacations here. The beach will be your favourite place reachable after a nice walk. This is an incomparable and extensive beach only 750 metres away which is about 7 km long offering fine and white sand and blue waters that invites to enjoy a nice swim. In addition, it offers a great variety of services like bars, restaurants and supermarkets where you can taste our delicious paella.

The pool is available from June to September. The opening hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, but please keep in mind that from 3 pm to 5 pm you better not disturb.
