Apartment near the beach in Playa de Piles, perfect for 6 persons.
The flat is on the third floor with lift and has a small terrace overlooking the urbanisation. A storage room with outdoor shower belongs to the flat, very practical to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach or to store the children's beach toys.

The flat is simply but comfortably furnished, offering a living-dining room equipped with a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and some utensils (kettle on request). You can choose between three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two with two single beds (90x180). All bedrooms are equipped with fan and wardrobe. Apart from the en-suite bathroom there is another bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair.

The fine sandy beach is only 150 metres away and is characterised by a quiet, family atmosphere. There is a promenade where you can take long walks and stop for a coffee or an ice cream. In Playa de Piles there are supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds and everything you need for an independent holiday. The city of Gandia with its beautiful old town is 10 km away and the golf course of Oliva Nova is 12.5 km from the flat.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

El apartamento estaba bien situado, cerca de la playa y el alrededor el bonito. Piles tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar y el apartamento tiene lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones unos días.

La estancia ha estado bien, la casa en Piles era perfecta para lo que necesitábamos. Cerca de la playa y un sitio tranquilo.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y había absolutamente de todo lo funcional, tanto en cosas de cocina como en mantas, baño etc... La ubicación es buena, a 1 min andando de la playa, en una zona (semana santa) tranquila y familiar. La terraza es genial para desayunar pero supongo que en verano sería imposible estar por el sol. La televisión es mas nueva que la que salía en las fotos de tubo de imagen. Se debería actualizar.Los colchones no son de última generación, aun así, no hemos tenido problemas en conciliar el sueño. La puerta principal hace ruido generado por el aire que hay en las zonas comunes del portal, le puse un cartón doblado y dejó de molestar. Se podría echar de menos vasos mas grandes, tipo de sidra de 50cl, solo hay 1.

The apartment was very clean and there was absolutely everything functional, both kitchen items and blankets, bathroom, etc... The location is good, 1 minute walk from the beach, in a quiet and familiar area (Easter) . The terrace is great for breakfast but I guess in summer it would be impossible to be out in the sun. The television is newer than the one that appeared in the picture tube photos. It should be updated. The mattresses are not the latest generation, even so, we have had no problems falling asleep. The main door makes noise generated by the air in the common areas of the portal, I put a folded cardboard over it and it stopped bothering. You could miss larger glasses, 50cl type of cider, there is only 1.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cercano a la playa, a menos de 1 minuto andando. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. El vecindario es muy tranquilo. La playa de Piles es ideal para familias, por las mañana hacen zumba en la playa y los niños tienen actividades de pintar en la playa. Hay mucho aparcamiento en los alrededores de la casa. The apartment was very clean and close to the beach, less than 1 minute walk. The apartment is just like the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet. Piles beach is ideal for families, in the mornings they do zumba on the beach and the children have painting activities on the beach. There is plenty of parking around the house.
