Apartment Paladin

Great and stylish loft in the centre of Denia welcomes 2 - 3 guests.
Did you ever imagine to sleep in a beautiful apartment with everything close at hand? Now you can since this 80 m2 loft presents all spaces in the same room. In this original apartment, located on a second floor of a building without lift, when you enter you find the best welcome with a beautiful sofa where you can sit for a drink and chat or simply to read a book before going to sleep. This is also the space where our extra guest will rest at night. The space flows from here to the right and to the left. Going to the left you find the dining and kitchen area, with a fantastic table for 4 people and by the kitchen which presents the basic equipment but enough to cook excellent home made dishes: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher,... and also washer, iron and ironing board. Going to the right, the space leads to the sitting area and bedroom where a large double bed will allow your rest after a day full of activities. You can use the original clothes rack as a closet. By the bed you find a comfortable and original sofa, perfect to watch TV while enjoying a coffee in the morning as well as the sun beams entering through the little balconies. The bathroom is the only independent room in the accommodation. It still offers the same casual and vintage style of the house with a wonderful and comfortable shower. If you are travelling with your baby a cot and a high chair also are available.

This loft is located in the historical centre of Denia, in a pedestrian and lively area with terraces, bars, restaurants and other services. The beautiful Constitución square and the City Hall are very near and you cannot leave without visiting the Castle of Denia. You will reach the beach of les Marines in a 1.5 km walk, with quiet and crystalline waters and soft sand. If you love nature, the so called Via Verde de Denia is an excellent excursion over the old Denia - Gandia railway tracks.
