Welcome to this wonderful apartment for 6 people located just 700 metres away from Playa de Gandía where you will enjoy the shared pool and all facilities in the complex.
If you are looking for beach, pool and fun, all at the same time, this is the perfect accommodation. The complex in which this wonderful apartment is located has all that is needed for a dream-like vacation. The beach is just 700 metres away and within the residential area you will find: a great chlorine pool -sizing 20 x 8 metres and with a water depth going from 1.1 to 1.8 metres-; a children pool of 6 m diameter and 0.5 metres of water depth; a shower outside; a great lawn area with a playground for the little ones; a tennis court; a sauna; a cold water jacuzzi; and the gym! You can enjoy everything after a delicious breakfast at the apartment terrace where you can also enjoy a succulent dinner before heading out to enjoy the town atmosphere!
The apartment is located on the 6th floor a building with elevator. It's spacious, simple, cosy and homely. The living - dining room, with AC, is perfect to enjoy your family meals or to watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. Here you will also find the washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms in the apartment to rest, both with a closet. One has a double bed as well as a single bed, and a fan. The second bedroom has another single bed plus a bunk bed and it's air-conditioned. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom for the whole accommodation and it has a tub.
The area of Playa de Gandía is the perfect place for a great vacation with family or friends. The fine sandy beach is only a few minutes walk from here, 700 metres away. The crystalline waters are perfect to cool down in the summer. In addition, the area offers a great variety of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy great Mediterranean meals.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The pool, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi and gym are open from May 15 to October 15, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 10 pm. All the facilities also are available from Friday to Sunday between October 16 and May 14, except for the pool.

Hay supermercado, panadería, frutería, bares y un cine de verano cerca. Necesitamos una cuna y una trona y todo estuvo perfecto.Las dos cosas por decir algo que no nos gustaron fue que sólo teníamos un juego de llaves, con lo que a pesar de que íbamos 6 personas, teníamos que cuadrarnos para no quedarnos fuera. El portero del edificio no nos resultó muy amable cuando le realizamos alguna pregunta.
