Set in Puerto de Gandia, this lovely apartment for 6 guests features a shared pool and garden.
The spacious exteriors include a garden with palm trees where you can enjoy a day sunbathing or having a family picnic. Guests have free access to a 25 x 12 meters shared chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.9 meters. The plot is fenced.

The bright apartment is on the second floor of a building with lift. Have a large breakfast on the furnished terrace while overlooking the garden and the pool. The awning provides pleasant shade during noon. The ample living area includes a sofa and a dining table with 6 chairs. Next to this room, there's the kitchen, equipped with vitro hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven and a breakfast bar. Besides, the kitchen has access to the terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, two fitted with two single beds and a wardrobe each. The master bedroom comes with a double bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Furthermore, there's another bathroom with bathtub. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair on request.

The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly urbanization, near Gandia's harbor. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything else you may need for a self-catering stay is in walking distance. The beach, just 100 meters away, is fine grained and good for water sports. The sea promenade extends from the marina till the end of the beach and offers lots of restaurants, shops and bars with live music.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The pools' opening hours are from 9:30 a.m. till 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. till 10 p.m.
Pets are not allowed.
