This wonderful apartment with an excellent shared swimming pool, located in Cala Santanyí, welcomes 8 - 9 people like if it was a second home.
This apartment is located inside a little and wonderful four apartment complex, with a communal 11m x 10 swimming pool, with a depth range that goes from 170m to 187m, and a children swimming pool with a depth of 0.75m, a barbecue area, an external shower and a washing room. It also disposes of an internal swimming pool, a sauna and a gym to enjoy in common with the rest of the guests, located in less than 70 meters. The complex disposes of a few apartments, is all fenced at a totally quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The one floor house has two private terraces with wonderful views to the garden and the sea, where you can access from the living room and one of the bedrooms. You can enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner breathing the healthy sea breeze. The living room with a big window invites you to watch the satellite TV or have a rest. The kitchen- dining room disposes of all the necessary amenities to prepare your favorite meals.

You will find four bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom en suite, three with a shower and one with a bath. Also has an independent toilet. If necessary, we can prepare an extra bed upon a charge. A cot and a high chair are able for your use if you travel with your baby. For the summer you will have four fans at your service and for the winter, four radiators and underfloor heating.

The urbanization is located at a few meters distance from Cala Santanyí beach, where you can find some bars and restaurants and some sublime coves like Cala Figuera, Caló des Moro, Cala Llombards or Caló d"en Busquets, where you can do a boat trip, or visit it at night and walk surrounded by boats.

For the golf lovers,at only 17km distance you can practice at Vall d"Or golf course. There are more restaurants at Santanyí village, where you can eat delicious traditional food. Every Wednesday and Saturday takes place the local market, if you fancy buying some typical products or souvenirs.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 20 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.

The internal swimming pool is about 29 degrees temperature.
