This nice apartment with communal pool, close to the sea, is located in Cala Santanyí and accommodates 8 - 9 people.
The well-kept, communal exteriors features a chlorine, 11m x 10m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.7m to 1.8m, a children's pool with a depth of 0.7m, a barbecue zone, a laundry and an exterior shower. Furthermore, you'll have access to a heated indoor pool, a fitness centre and a sauna, located in a housing development next door (about 70 meters). The plot is fenced and it is a quiet and very Mediterranean place.

This two-storey apartment is on the first floor and on the private sea-view terrace you can bask in the sun or have a large breakfast on the porch. Inside, a sitting-dining room with satellite-TV is ideal for a little siesta. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a vitro hob and a dining table.

There are four bedrooms, three with two single beds each and one with double bed. Three come with a private bathroom with shower or bath tub. Additionally, there's a separate toilet. If necessary, we can prepare an extra bed upon a charge. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. This nice home caters for both seasons, as there are four fans for the summer and three electric radiators and underfloor heating for the cold months.

The small urbanisation Cala Santanyí offers a grocery shop, cafés and restaurants and is surrounded by several dreamlike beaches as Playa de Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera and the natural park of Mondragó. Southwards you'll find the precious rocky beach of Cala S'Almonia and the small sand bay Caló des Moro. The well-kept golf course of Vall d'Or is 18 km away. In the village of Santanyí there are more supermarkets and good restaurants serving typical food. On Wednesday and Saturday takes place the market in Santanyí, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and souvenirs.
