Welcome to this beautiful apartment in the middle of the mountains, in the outskirts of Barx, with shared pool, which can accommodate 6 people.
Can you imagine how it would be to take a nice dip in a great pol while admiring the amazing views to the mountains? This beautiful and family residential will make it possible. The chlorine pool, with a depth from 1.20 to 2 metres and a 10 x 5 metres size, also invites to sunbathe on one of the 12 sunbeds around or take a cocktail under the thatched pergola. There is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down but don't feel like to swim. The garden surrounding the building is incomparable since it seems a little forest full of stoned paths, rocks and pine trees, ideal to enjoy a relaxing walk or sit and plan how to spend the day. If you feel like having fun without going out, there is a ping pong table under the porch and some terraces perfectly furnished to have lunch all together. The residential is enclosed.

The apartment is located on the -1 floor although you won't feel that you are on the basement at all since the slope of the hill will make you feel as if you were floating over it. When you enter you find the living room, the dining area and the kitchen in the same room, and that's why it is so practical. It is very well decorated, as well as the rest of rooms. Here you can sit to watch TV with a dreamy landscape. The kitchen, with an induction top, occupies the main wall and leads to the terrace where you can have dinner outdoors. There are three bedrooms with a closet each and two bathtub bathrooms, one of them an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed (with the en-suite bathroom) and the other two bedrooms feature two twin beds. A cot and a high chair can be provided as well as up to 5 radiators.

Located in the municipality of Barx, in the Safor area, which is in the la Drova valley, between the massif of Mondúver and the Buixcarró mountain range, this place is ideal for those searching peace. It has 563r residents in 2006, many of them French, German and British. La Drova was a little village by a shepherds path, where the flocks stopped to drink water. Around 1300, the valley was given to the monks of Santa Maria de la Valldigna monastery and was used a s aplace to recover the health due to the purity of its air and water. Nowadays, la Drova is a group of house built in the late 20th century. It is only 20 km away from the beach of Gandía.
