It is clear that this a property managed by a company (not the owners)! Place is old with an odd smell, no lock in the back doors (and irresponsible host), one small roll of toilet paper for the whole stay and not a single amenity (soap, laundry soap or shampoo). No mention on the listing that there are several steep steps to get to the property and that there is no parking (and street parking was an issue most days where we had to walk uphill). Definitely not worth the money ! One of the worst Airbnb experiences!

Le logement était conforme à l'annonce et nous convenait parfaitement (1 adulte et 3 enfants). Il était suffisamment grand et bien chauffé (le chauffage dans la 3e chambre n'a pas manqué). Il manque peut être un peu de couteaux pour le nombre de personnes que nous étions et il serait agréable de trouver des pastilles de lave vaisselle plutôt que devoir en acheter. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et nous avions un petit cadeau d'accueil bien sympathique, merci. Nous avons trouvé l'emplacement idéal et le prix était adapté compte tenu de la saison d'hiver. Si l'on vient l'été, je pense que l'accès à la plage peut être un peu long si l'on souhaite y aller tous les jours. Hors saison, je reviendrai probablement dans ce logement.
The accommodation was as advertised and suited us perfectly (1 adult and 3 children). It was large enough and well heated (the heating in the 3rd bedroom did not fail). There may be a bit of a shortage of knives for the number of people we had and it would be nice to find dishwasher tablets rather than having to buy them. The view from the terrace is magnificent and we had a very nice little welcome gift, thank you. We found the location ideal and the price was appropriate considering the winter season. If you come in the summer, I think that access to the beach can be a little long if you want to go there every day. Out of season, I will probably return to this accommodation.

Nice place to stay with friends. The bathroom was not exactly the cleanest, but otherwise everything was in perfect order.

We had a lovely stay in Port de Sóller. The property is very comfortable and the terrace in particular is beautiful. It was spacious and quiet and the perfect location for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was particularly welcome. Homerti were very responsive when we had any questions during our stay. There are lots of great transport links to other parts of the island and some great restaurants (Sol y Sombre, Bon Vi, and La Sal in particular were great). Be aware, the property is up quite a steep hill from the port, which you do get used to. There was an issue with the pre-paid airport transfer when we left. Another taxi arrived and told us it was ours, but it wasn't, and we had to pay an extra 50 euros at the Airport. If you book a transfer through Homerti, make sure to find out what company they are using and triple check with the driver. Overall we were very happy with our holiday and had a fantastic time. We'd definitely like to return.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den Hafen ist traumhaft. Man muss aber wissen, dass es ein ordentlicher Anstieg vom Port bzw. Busstation ist, der abends nicht beleuchtet ist. Aber uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört.
A very great accommodation, very clean and tastefully decorated. We didn't miss anything. The view from the terrace over the harbor is fantastic. But you have to know that it is a considerable climb from the port or bus station, which is not lit in the evening. But that didn't bother us at all.

Das geräumige Haus(im Haus) liegt auf einer Anhöhe über dem Hafen. Über einige Treppen gelangt man vom privaten Parkplatz an der Straße zur Eingangstür. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert problemlos mit einer Lockbox. Es ist alles notwendige In der Küche vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert gut. Die große Terasse hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Ich würde es wieder buchen!
The spacious house (in the house) is located on a hill above the harbor. A few stairs lead from the private parking lot on the street to the front door. The key handover works easily with a lockbox. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. WiFi works well. The large terrace has a beautiful view of the bay. I would book it again!
