Apartment Provenza

This nice sea view apartment, located in a quiet area of Playa de Gandia and with direct beach access, welcomes 6 people.
The communal exteriors features a 24 m x 13 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2.1 m, a Ping-Pong table (please bring your own racquets and balls) and an outdoor shower. From June to September, the neighbourhood can use a day room, equipped with tables and seats. During the summer season, sometimes they offer games for children by the pool.

The apartment has a spacious, furnished terrace with sea views, where you will be able to have a large breakfast. The bright sitting-dining room is a comfortable space to have meals with your loved ones. This apartment offers three fans for the summer and four electric heaters for the winter. The kitchen with vitro hob has everything you may need to prepare your favourite dishes. A kettle and a electric coffee machine are available upon request. There are three twin bedrooms and two shower bathrooms, which makes it ideal for six people.

This nice apartment is just a stone's throw from the fine grained sand beach Playa de Gandia. There, you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas, play beach-volley, practise water sports or take a walk along the sea promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. All in all we can say that Playa de Gandia offers activities for everyone, doesn't matter if you are seeking for beach and relax or prefer active holidays and sports.

The picturesque old town of Gandia not only has excellent restaurants, but also a interesting history. In the centre, you can visit the most important monuments like the Ducal Palace, the nice town hall and the Convent Santa Clara. The Ducal Palace, dated to the 11th century, was the residence of the first duke of Gandia. If nature is what you are searching for, you can make a lovely excursion to the Parpalló Cave, which at the same time is a prehistoric site, located in the midst of the Mondúver mountains.

The opening times of the pool are from 01st of May until the 30th of October. We ask you kindly to respect the sleep of the neighbours.
