This is a marvelous apartment for 6 guests with private pool on the breathtaking west coast of Mallorca, very close to Cala Tuent. Here, you can truly get away from it all!

This 93 m2 accommodation has 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and one with a double bed. The double bed room and the living room have A/C. There is 1 bathroom with bath tub.

The comfy sitting-dining room with a fire place leads you into the well equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, mixer, cutlery etc. The laundry room, next to the pool, has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

Outside, on the 70 m2 main terrace, a sunshade provides pleasant shade over the dining area, a delightful place to have lunch or a BBQ. From the sitting room you have direct access to the sheltered pool area with a nice 6 x 3 meters swimming pool and 4 sun loungers.

Please keep in mind that pets are not allowed. The apartment is situated on the first floor. There are only 2 direct neighbors. You can park on the road without any cost.

This accommodation is situated in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains, declared by UNESCO as World Heritage Site. A 3 minutes drive takes you to the quiet virgin bay Cala Tuent. The closest supermarket is in Fornalutx, an approx. 50-60 minutes’ drive away. The area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking and climbing. A 15 minutes drive takes you to the famous bay Sa Calobra which nestles between 2 rocks. Really nice things to do are a boat trip from Sa Calobra to the charming village of Puerto de Sóller continuing the trip to Palma by train. The charming town of Sóller is famous for its oranges and the Sant Bartomeu Church from the 13th century.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
