This lovely apartment with communal pool and sea views can comfortably accommodate 4 - 5 people who want to spend their holidays in Cala Santanyí.
The communal exteriors feature a 8m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 1.7m, a children's pool (depth: 0.75m), a gym, a well-kept Mediterranean garden, a BBQ zone, sun loungers, a laundry and a 7m x 3.5m indoor pool. The housing development is a quiet and very Mediterranean place.

The accommodation unit is on the ground floor and has a furnished porch with garden views. The sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV is open to kitchen and has access to the porch. You can rest in two bedrooms with two single beds and A/C; one of them with bathroom en-suite with bath tub. Furthermore, there's an independent bath with bath tub. A cot, a high chair and a kettle are available on request. An extra bed can be provided upon a small charge.

The small urbanisation Cala Santanyí offers a grocery shop, cafés and restaurants and is surrounded by several dreamlike beaches as Playa de Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera and the natural park of Mondragó. Southwards you'll find the precious rocky beach of Cala S'Almonia and the small sand bay Caló des Moro. The well-kept golf course of Vall d'Or is 18 km away. In the village of Santanyí there are more supermarkets and good restaurants serving typical food. On Wednesday and Saturday takes place the market in Santanyí, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and souvenirs.
