Beautiful apartment with shared pool and only 700 metres away from the beach in Puerto de Alcudia. It will be the second home for 4 guests.
The complex of this fantastic apartment is wonderful, with its shared pool and garden where you can enjoy a relaxing swim. The beautiful lawn area surrounds the chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 5 metres and with a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. There is an exterior shower to wash off after a long day at the beach which is just a short walk away. An finally, the best way to end your day in this fabulous location will be at the private terrace of this apartment where you can prepare a succulent barbecue or enjoy a great breakfast in the morning.
This first floor apartment without elevator is even more amazing inside. The living - dining room, with AC, is great thanks to its spaciousness and modern and rustic style at the same time, with a perfect combination of tones and colours. This is the place to enjoy your meals all together, watch the satellite TV channels or rest while admiring the views to the mountains through the windows. The wood stove guarantees your comfort in the coldest days. The kitchen is large and perfect to cook as if you where at home on the ceramic hob or in the oven. The washing machine, iron and ironing board have an independent place for themselves. You will find two bedrooms to rest in the apartment. One has twin beds and the other a double bed, AC and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. A bathtub bathroom and two fans complete the accommodation.
The location of this apartment is perfect because you can walk to the beach, go out to dinner to any of the varied restaurants in the area, go shopping and much more. The bus to Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia centre, Puerto de Pollensa or Palma passes by every 15 minutes in the summer. We recommend you visit other beaches like the rocky one of La Victoria or the golf course in Alcanada, just 6.2 km away.
The all-year round pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm.

I just regret that I did not found salt, oil or pepper or sponge in the kitchen … but the owner wall helpfull. Easy to park the car and great swimming pool with nobody around ( I rented the flat 5 days from 9 to 14 of October). Great pleasure with the beaches around ( San pepe or San Juan )!

Espaço agradável. Boa localização em Alcudia. Achamos só que faltava alguns utensílios básicos de cozinha. Lençóis limpos, toalhas suficientes. Chuveiro com pouca pressão, para lavar cabelo ficava difícil. Piscina não tinha água (não sabíamos disso). Preço/qualidade muito bom
Nice space. Good location in Alcudia. We just thought it was missing some basic kitchen utensils. Clean sheets, enough towels. Shower with low pressure, making washing hair difficult. There was no water in the pool (we didn't know that). Very good price/quality

Lage war super, Parkplätze und Utensilien in Wohnung vorhanden. Hat an nichts gefehlt. Lage der Wohnung an heissen Tagen sehr gut durch schattigen Balkondie Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die letzte Endreinigung scheint nicht vollendet worden zu sein. der Pool ist ok aber auch nicht mehr topfit.
Location was great, parking spaces and utensils available in the apartment. Nothing was missing. The location of the apartment is very good on hot days thanks to the shady balcony the apartment is getting old. The final cleaning does not appear to have been completed. The pool is ok but no longer in top shape.

See more Eine tolle Unterkunft! Auch der Pool war super. Fie Lage sind 10min vom strand entfernt und liegt ruhig. Balkon mit Grill, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Klimaanlage. Alles was wir gebraucht haben. Leider war Waschmittel, Spülmittel nicht vorhanden (vielleicht corona bedingt). Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
A great place to stay! The pool was also great. This location is 10 minutes from the beach and is quiet. Balcony with grill, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. Everything we needed. Unfortunately there was no detergent or dishwashing liquid available (perhaps due to corona). We would book again at any time.

Wohnung vom Style leider etwas altmodischer und abgewohnter als auf den Bildern erkennbar war. Uns hat der Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Toller. Ort für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
Super good handling of the booking and organization at the airport. Great employee who explained everything perfectly. The style of the apartment was unfortunately a bit more old-fashioned and shabby than was apparent from the pictures. We still really enjoyed our stay. Great. Place for families with small children.
