“Great communication and pre-check in information. Location is perfect as well with Sa Coma beach just 5 minutes walking form the appartment. The sea views from terrase - simply superb. We we re family of 4, arrived in the end of August and there were very few people, a lot of stores and restaurants were closed due to the covid-situation, but we enjoyed it maybe even more that if it was crouded. It was a great vacation and I highly recommend this appartment as well as Homerti. Communication with them was great and they promptly solved all of our "problems" (nothing serious). The only small dissadvantage was lack of amenities - there was only one roll of toilet paper and towels. No soap, sponge, detergents etc. It is not a big deal at all if you stay for longer period and have no problem buying them, but it can be a little problem if you plan to stay just for a few days, just keep that on mind. Overall summary - I highly recomment, especially because of the sea view and the morning sunrises.”

Welcome to this fantastic apartment in front of S'Illot beach. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Does it exist a better plan for a well-deserved holiday than waking up early and enjoying a delicious breakfast contemplating the sea? Then, you can sunbathe or even read a book on the 4 sun loungers and, at midday, prepare an exquisite barbecue and open a good bottle of wine under the cosy porch.
The modern interiors of this third-floor flat, without elevator, are very beautiful. A wide kitchen-living-dining room is ideal in terms of preparing your star dishes on the ceramic cooktop, eating all together and then watching TV-SAT or resting next to the A/C. There, you also have the washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In addition to all this, the accommodation features two dormitories with wardrobe,one of them with two single beds and space for a cot and a high chair, and the other on with a double bed. The bathroom of the house has a shower.
The beautiful urbanisation of S'Illot has a wonderful and cosy sand beach with crystal-clear waters. It is perfect for those who love quiet and familiar beaches. Furthermore, you can see it from the apartment and visit it after walking only 130 away. In this area, there are many services such as bars, restaurants, souvenirs, etc. And, if you want to have fun, you can go to Pula Golf course that is located at about 10 km.

2 guests reviewed this property. This apartment is everything the ad shows. Clean, modern, and with a spectacular oceanfront view. A 6 minute walk to the beach is true! The 3-story walk up is easier than you’d think. But know that that is the only way to get into the apartment (no elevator). The beds are in superb condition (firm memory foam mattress). Very clean kitchen and bathroom. Basic kitchen utensils and cooking ware supplied. No oven, and the bbq looks rusty and unsafe to use. So we cooked on the stove top! Free parking on the street. Highly recommend!
