Fantastic apartment for 2 - 4 people with shared pool and only 350 metres away from the sea in Playa de Gandía.
The cosy terrace of this great apartment is perfect to enjoy a nice breakfast or simply a glass of wine while admiring the sea at the end among the buildings of this great coastal area. You also have views to the pool and the tennis court of the complex from here, where you will spend joyful moments. The chlorine pool sizes 17 x 9 metres and the depth goes from 1.1 to 1.8 metres. Then, the children pool sizes 8 x 3.5 metres and it has a water depth of 0.4 metres. The exterior shower completes the building facilities.

This apartment is located on the 16th floor of a great building, boasting wonderful views of the town, the sea and mountains. The living - dining room is the perfect place to rest or to enjoy your meals while watching TV. The kitchen is independent and it offers a gas stovetop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are placed at the terrace. Then, you have a bathroom with a tub for the whole apartment and a bedroom with a double bed, a fan, a closet, space for a cot and a high chair and a TV-set. The two extra guests can rest on the sofa bed at the living. Two radiators, one for the living room and the other for the bedroom, complete the equipment.

The location of this apartment is great since the beach is only 350 metres away, just a nice walk away. This is a fine sandy beach of clear waters where you can swim, sunbathe, enjoy the atmosphere and practice water sports, since it's large enough for that. It is also the perfect place to enjoy the local cuisine and go shopping, and of course, you cannot miss the visit to the picturesque town centre of Gandía.

You will have to climb 7 steps to reach the elevator.
The pool and the tennis court are available from June to September, from 10 am to 3 pm and from 5 pm to 9 pm.
