Apartment Salitre

Fantastic apartment, for 4 people, in the very first line of the sea of Xeraco, a very quiet area near Gandía.
The terrace becomes the perfect place to enjoy this privileged area. Equipped with a dining table and chairs as well as two sun loungers, it is simply perfect to enjoy the sun, the sea breeze and the soft sound of waves while enjoying delicious breakfasts or a glass of wine at sunset.

The apartment, located on a first floor without elevator, offers large, modern and full of life stays. The living-dining room, with air conditioning, is very luminous and it is decorated exquisitely with a retro style that uses to like everybody. It also has TV, DVD and a music player for your relaxing moments. Immediately after, you have access to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob and everything necessary for feeling as if you were cooking at home. The house also features washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a trundle bed. Likewise, there is availability for a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.

In Xeraco you can enjoy such enviable holidays. Here you will be able to relax by the sea, listening and seeing it in front of you, after getting up. The location of the apartment is perfect since it has everything that you may need within a few minutes walking: restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc. The white sand beach, to which you can gain access through some small particular stairs, is really peaceful and clean. It is also ideal for doing activities such as windsurf, renting pedal boats or just playing a volleyball game.

Note: This renting does not allow groups of young people under 26 years of age. We do need copies of each person’s ID to be able to accept the reservation.
