Apartment Savia

Welcome to this lovely apartment for 6 guests on the second sea line in Playa de Gandia.
The apartment is located on the third floor in a building with lift and has a community pool with a chlorinated water (17x7m big and 1.10- 1.90m deep,) a children's pool for the little ones (4x4m big and 0.60m deep), and an outdoor shower to cool off after a beach day. There is also a lawn area where you can relax and sunbathe. For those who wish to do some exercise, there is a tennis court.

The apartment has a furnished terrace overlooking the the sea and the surroundings. Here you can enjoy a great breakfast with your family or friends. The interior space consists of an air-conditioned living room with two comfortable sofas, televisión and a dining corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and has an access to a laundry area with washing machine and iron facilities. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes: one is with a single bed and two are twins. A cot and a baby chair can be provided upon request. There are two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower.

The area of Playa de Gandía counts with everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a huge variety of leisure activities. The over 3km long beach with fine white sand counts with lots of restaurants and different watersports, which will make your holiday unforgettable. We recommend you to visit a picturesque Gandia old town with its important monuments such as the Ducal Palace, the beautiful Town Hall or the Convent of Santa Clara.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.
