Fantastic apartment for 5 guests, with shared pool and at only 350 metres from Playa de Xeraco.
The proximity to both the beach and the shared pool of this wonderful complex is the main attractive to accommodate oneself here. Every morning you can have breakfast with the first sun rays at the private terrace of the apartment and then go down to spend a great day at the beach or at the chlorine pool that sizes 16 x 5 m and has a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 m. It also has an integrated children’s pool, 4 x 4 m and 0.5 m depth as well as having an exterior shower.

This 1st floor apartment, with elevator, surprises our guests with a large living-dining room where you will be able to eat all together or just relax watching TV. The laundry provides our guests with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, one has a double bed while the other has two single beds and the last one has just a single bed. We can prepare you a cot and a high chair. Ultimately, there are 2 bathrooms in the house with separate bathtub and shower.

Playa de Xeraco is the ideal destination for those who love the good weather and the sea. Its beach, located at about 350 metres, is simply perfect to enjoy not only the beach but also its bars. There you also have restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all sorts of shops.

Note: This renting does not permit customers under 25 years old, except when they travel with their parents.We do copeies of the ID of each person in order to accept the reservation.
