Fantastic apartment for 4 people in Cala Ratjada, with communal pool and located at 750 meters from the beach.
This fantastic apartment is ideal for those beach lovers that do not want to abandon such a good pool, since it has a wonderful communal chlorine pool, of 12*5 m and a depth of 1.2 to 2.2 m. Next to it, all shared, there is a beautiful area with 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a pergola just furnished to have breakfast or make delicious barbecues.

This first-floor flat, without elevator, has a cosy terrace to take a coffee in the mornings, a comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV, an independent kitchen with ceramic cooktop and a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. For resting, there are two dormitories with two single beds and wardrobe. One of those has a private balcony, space for a cot and a high-chair and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Another bathroom also with bathtub services the entire apartment.There are 4 fans and oil central heating.

Cala Ratjada is a beautiful fisheries coastal location, belonging to Capdepera. It features one of the best beaches of the island, Cala Moll, with crystal-clear waters and fine sand. We do also recommend you going to other nearby small bays such as Cala Gat, Cala Agulla or Cala Lliteres. In this village there are many essential services as, for instance, restaurants; however, for any other services like supermarkets, we suggest you going to Capdepera.

Note: This renting does not accept guests younger than 25 years old, except when they travel with their parents. We do need ID copies of each person in order to accept the booking.
