It sixes 15 x 5 meters and has a depth from 0.5 to 2 meters. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds around the pool and enjoy the pretty corners within the property where you can disconnect and relax.. The apartment has a 20 m2 furnished terrace with a table for 4 people under the parasol. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The 85 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and has no elevator. The inside has a comfortable and current style with all comforts for a nice stay. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share a comfortable and luminous space. It counts with a comfortable sofa where you can watch the TV Sat and a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and has the basic equipment to cook in your holidays. There is a second ampler dining room for 6 guests. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first of them has a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a closet and a fan for the hottest days. Up some steps we find the second bedroom, and it also has a double bes, an en suite bathroom, and a closet. For the 5th guest the sofa turns into a sofa bed. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. There is an independent shared laundry for all the property, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The apartment is within a property very close to Arta, where you can visit the weekly street market on Mondays, and where you will find all services for an independent stay. The property is within the Llevant Natural park, ideal for hikers or for family excursions. You can also visit the beautiful Arta Caves o any of the nearby beaches like Cala Mesquida.
